These gold finished cufflinks feature an elegant domed image of renowned Dutch Gold Age painter Simon Verelst's A Vase Of Flowers (circa 1669-1675) set against a vibrant purple background.

The Dutch still life and purple design of these gold cufflinks has been produced to accompany the upcoming special exhibition In Bloom: How Plants Changed Our World on display at the Ashmolean from 19 March to 16 August 2026.

Its timeless design is perfect for formal occasions and adds a touch of history to your attire. The design is framed in a round gold tone rhodium plated cufflink, with a fixed oval back. The stunning pair of cufflinks are presented in a flip top box making these a great gift idea.

Simon Verelst (1644-1721) was known for his exquisite flower and fruit still life paintings, and was often referred to as 'the God of Flowers' due to his masterful renderings of floral arrangements.
