This Roman Coin pencil topper is crafted from lead-free pewter that is 22ct gold plated and is a casting of an Aureus of Augustus on a topper base.
It comes with a 13cm black wooden pencil, featuring Roman numerals and their corresponding decimal values printed in silver.
The aureus depicts the bust of Augustus and the inscription CAESAR on the obverse and a heifer with the inscription AVGVSTVS on the reverse. The original would have been struck circa 27 - 18BC.
