Frank Martin (1921-2005) was an English artist and printmaker. After the Second World War, in which he served in the Royal Artillery, he decided to pursue an artistic career and enrolled in the printing department of Saint Martin's School of Art, London. Here he was taught etching by Clifford Webb, and wood engraving by Gertrude Hermes.
