Enjoy a glass, or two, of this refined vintage English sparkling wine, made with grapes grown at the renowned family vineyard at Hundred Hills near Oxford, England. Pop the cork and celebrate with this bubbly sparkling rosé.
This delicious 2019 vintage features late harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, whose long hangtime on the vines has produced a complex fruity taste. With slightly jammy strawberry and roasted red apple, cranberry, peach, and cherry notes. Crafted at a boutique winery, where sustainability and quality has been embedded by design, Hundred Hills wines are made exclusively from the finest grapes, carefully selected after at least 100 days on the vine. Each vintage is a true reflection of the season, with only the highest-quality grapes used to create a limited range of wines.
This wine pairs perfectly with red fruit desserts. Think strawberries and cream, meringues and Eton mess, or a traditional English trifle. Best served chilled.
Hundred Hills wines are celebrated for their place in fine dining, and are now enjoyed in over 40 Michelin-starred restaurants and the UK ‘s most prestigious hotels. Once you have received the collection ready email notification from us, we will hold your order for you up to 2 weeks. Please ensure that you visit the Museum to collect your order within those 2 weeks.
