Organic Fig Leaf Liqueur 35cl

A 35cl bottle of Organic Fig Leaf Liqueur, home grown and handmade on the Gibson's farm in the Cotswolds. 

While doing some late pruning of their fig trees in the first lockdown they noticed how very fig like the scent of the leaves were. The tree has never been very good at producing fruit so they decided to try and make something with the leaves, and the result has been a huge success.

It is not only delicious in cocktails and as a dessert wine, but is also fantastic with champagne or prosecco.

Gibson’s is a fruit farm and winery just outside Burford in the Cotswolds. Their story began in 2007 when, after 2 years spent volunteering on organic farms around the UK, Miles Gibson returned home and began planting fruit. After 5 years of gradually increasing the acreage under soft fruit and plenty of fun experimenting with recipes, the first commercial batches of raspberry and blackcurrant liqueurs were produced. It is impossible not to taste the generous amount of high quality fruit that goes into every bottle. The liqueurs are all gluten free and vegan.
