Rossetti Notecard BoxStationery
A central figure in the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, Dante Gabriel Rossetti observed the hidebound state of British art at the Royal Academy and set out to rebut this stagnation. He chose fresh and "unapproved" subjects—scenes from the Arthurian tales and other British legends, from the Bible, from Keats, and from Shakespeare—and painted them with a sensual fervor, evident in the four Rossetti works on these notecards.
Contains 20 blank notecards (5 of each design), with accompanying envelopes.
