The Empire State building is probably the most famous skyscraper in the world. This 102 storey building was the world's tallest building when completed in 1931. It was designed in the art deco style by architect William F Lamb. Construction was completed in an incredible 410 days. The Empire State building is a U.S. National Historic Landmark. It was voted the most popular architectural work in America in a 2007 American Institute of Architects poll. This architectural sculpture is of the 5th Avenue entrance facade. At Chisel & Mouse, brothers Robert and Gavin Paisley have been casting and handcrafting exact physical representations of architectural landmarks and cityscapes since 2011. Every piece is a finely balanced sculpture and a remarkably faithful impression of an iconic building or world city.
