We are currently accepting orders for UK delivery only. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us at onlineshop@ashmus.ox.ac.uk to register your query and we will strive to respond within 72 hours.
While we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, you may experience delays through your local postal service. This occurs particularly during peak postal service times, from early October to end of December each year. Your patience and continued support are greatly appreciated during this peak postal season.
You will receive email notification when your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 5-7 days for order dispatch before contacting us.
Royal Mail strikes are ongoing, so please be aware that this is causing delays to deliveries.

All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post. Large deliveries and higher value items may be dispatched via courier.
If you would like to ensure a courier service, please contact us before placing your order for a detailed quote.
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards. We regret we are currently unable to accept American Express or deliver to PO Box addresses.
Free shipping on UK orders over £75. Excludes Print on Demand.
Single large items or orders valued above £500 may incur added delivery charges to those displayed below. To obtain an accurate shipping charge for purchases of this nature, please contact us before placing your order.
Hill Drawings:
As all of our musical instrument drawings are made to order, please allow for 5-10 working days for your order to be dispatched by us.
Once dispatched, your order will be sent via First Class Royal Mail and you will receive confirmation via email.

You can contact the Ashmolean Online Shop by email or phone. During times of Museum closure and/or reduced operational activity, we may be unable to answer calls. However, if you leave a voicemail with email address and telephone number, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We aim to respond to all messages within 72 hours – it may take us a little longer during restricted staffing periods but rest assured our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns
All products excluding Print On Demand prints:
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please retain it in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase and contact us by email or phone - we will be happy to exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return your items, please allow up to 10 working days for the bank to transfer the funds to you from the date we confirm your refund has been processed. Please note that postage costs will only be refunded by the Ashmolean if the item is faulty. In all other cases the postage cost is to be paid by the sender.
Refunds for online purchases can only be made to the card used in the original transaction.
If you would like to discuss your return in advance, simply email us with your order number and item details and we will respond as soon as possible. If you have a faulty item, please call or email our team for assistance. Please do not return any items until instructed by us to do so, as we may not be able to accept it.
Print on Demand, Hill Drawings, Made to Order and Personalised Items
If you have changed your mind about a Print On Demand print order, please notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Our Print On Demand offer, Hill Drawings and all items purchased through www.AshmoleanPrints.com are managed by our printing partners. Each item is produced to order, to your specifications.
Once your print or personalised item has been produced, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
Any item listed as being Print on Demand or Made to Order is non-returnable unless faulty.
