From The Oxford Artisan Distillery, this sloe gin is a reflection of time – the most important ingredient in all spirit production. An artisanal sloe gin made from locally foraged wild damsons and sloes, honey and rose petals, and matured for two years with Oxford Rye Dry Gin
As with everything at The Oxford Artisan Distillery, the gin base is distilled from their ancient heritage grains, grown within 50 miles of Oxford. Eschewing pesticides and chemical fertilisers all of their crops are grown sustainably, contributing to an abundance of wildflowers, insects and birds across their farms.
