You can contact the Ashmolean Online Shop by email or phone. During times of Museum closure and/or reduced operational activity, please leave an email address on any voicemail messages, so we may easily contact you. We aim to respond to all messages within 48-72 hours – it may take us a little longer during restricted staffing hours but rest assured our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to return an item you have bought online, please contact us at the above email address. All items being returned should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
We may ask you to retain your item and receipt, to be returned when the Museum reopens fully. If you would like any further information regarding the return of an item please contact us, we will be happy to assist.
