Lear Birds, drawings of comic birds by Edward Lear (1812 - 88). Unfolding into 50 x 70cm rectangles of high-quality tissue paper, the pack contains 4 sheets.

Although probably best known for his illustrated nonsense poetry, Edward Lear was also a serious natural History illustrator. As a 19 year old he produced his first book for the zoological society of beautifully detailed ornithological studies of parrots comparable to John James Audubon.
