A print of a detailed working drawing of a Cittern, early seventeenth century from The Hill Collection of Musical Instruments No. 32. Although it lacks the hook commonly found on the back of the neck, this instrument follows the pattern of the typical Italian cittern.

Part of a range of reproduction drawings from the Hill Collection of Musical Instruments, where they are used by luthiers to replicate and repair stringed instruments.
